Helpful details
Frequently asked questions.
Everything you need to know before choosing your next cup, from fresh roasting and shipping to subscriptions and returns.
Where do you ship?
Rnispir Roasters currently ships within the United States only.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on all U.S.A. orders.
When will my order arrive?
Every order is roasted and shipped the same day. Depending on order volume, holiday schedules, and when an order is placed, shipping can take 3 to 5 business days.
How fresh is the coffee?
We do not roast the beans until we have your order. Your coffee is roasted and shipped the same day, so it heads to you soon after roasting.
What is your first-bag guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with your first bag of coffee, Rnispir Roasters offers a full refund. There is no need to return it.
What if a later order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an order is damaged. Returned coffee is not accepted because it is perishable, except where there is an issue such as a damaged delivery.
How do subscriptions work?
Eligible items can be set up for repeat delivery at the frequency you choose. Subscriptions receive 10% off, and you can change or cancel at any time through the links in your order confirmation email.
What is the difference between a single origin and a blend?
A single origin comes from one growing region, so its character reflects that specific place. A blend brings coffees together for a balanced, dependable cup with a flavor profile designed to work as a whole.
Where should I start if I am new to Rnispir?
Sample packs are a simple way to taste your way into a new favorite. You can also browse by single origin, blend, flavored coffee, tea, pods, or mushroom coffee.
Who is behind Rnispir Roasters?
Rnispir Roasters is an online coffee and tea retailer based in Elk Grove, California, with its supplier in Temecula, California.
